1. eMember/Smart VIP (hereinafter referred to as ‘User’) may earn electronic voucher (“eV”) by placing order for selected products through the Site or through participation in other SKYHAHA Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “SHH“) activities as SHH may from time to time determine (“Eligible Activities”) based on the conversion rate determined by SHH in its sole discretion. Generally, SHH eV will be credited to a User’s Account upon the completion of a successful transaction or activity approved by SHH. You are eligible to participate in the SHH eV Program, if you are a User and your Account does not expressly exclude you from participation.
2. SHH eV credited to User have no monetary value, do not constitute User’s property and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed for cash by user.
3. Subject to SHH rules and regulations as determined or modified by SHH from time to time, subject to any cap imposed by SHH at its sole discretion, User may redeem SHH eV by applying the available points in your Account to offset the purchase price of selected items when making purchases on the Site as advised by SHH from time to time.
4. The SHH eV you redeem will be deducted from your SHH eV balance. Each SHH eV comes with an expiry date (current month + 12 months validity). Do check your account details on the Site for SHH eV balances and expiry date.
5. From time to time, we may update you that SHH bonus eV will be awarded for a particular Eligible Activities. This may include but is not limited to purchases you make at specific promotional offers. We will notify you of the terms of such bonus awards if any from time to time.
6. If you have a dispute in relation to the number of SHH eV which you have been awarded in respect of an Eligible Activity, such a dispute must be made within seven (7) days from the date of the Eligible Activity. We may require you to provide evidence to support your claim.
7. SHH gives no warranty and accepts no responsibility as to the ultimate tax treatment of SHH eV. You will need to check with your tax advisor whether receiving SHH eV affects your tax status.
8. SHH reserves the right to
(i) discontinue the SHH eV Program at any time at its sole discretion and
(ii) cancel or suspend User’s right to participate in SHH eV Program, including the ability to earn and redeem SHH eV at its sole discretion.
